We are an Acrisure Agency Partner - a member of the fastest growing insurance brokerage in North America. We are expanding our Personal Lines department to accommodate the needs of our partners with a unique service offering. We're doing something no one else in the industry is doing. In order to meet the need, we're hiring at least three new team members as Personal Lines Account Managers.

The Role of the Account Manager is to maintain a profitable book of business by offering a unique, personal service experience for all assigned clients while adhering to all processes and procedures developed and implemented by the company.

You will be working in a fast paced, focussed office with a team of professional insurance advisors and technicians. Our office in Newmarket is brand new to make it a better workplace for our entire team - existing and new.

We offer a work experience you can't get at any other insurance brokerage because, quite honestly, it doesn't exist at any other insurance brokerage. You are a self starter. You're motivated, helpful, a problem solver, learn on the go and understand that the insurance world is changing - and you want to change with it.

Salary: $48,500.00-$55,000.00 per year

Job Duties:

  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
  • Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
  • Other duties as requested
