Responsibilities include:
Performs complex clerical, administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature.
Provide travel arrangements for simple and complex domestic and international trips
Makes contacts of a sensitive, complex confidential nature on behalf of the executive.
Coordinates on and off-site meetings
Provide support to other members of senior management.
Processes expense reports.
Substantial contact with internal/external individuals at all levels.
Run data queries from various internal systems and organize data pulled into Excel and other formats

Qualifications & Experience:
Typically 6+ years of secretarial/administrative assistant experience supporting C Level executives and experience with working across multiple groups including senior executives, executive admins, and clients.

Skills:
Expert knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint to produce high quality reports, presentation or other documents.
Effective listening and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Concur or like expense management platforms
Ability to handle matters that are highly confidential.
Sense of urgency
Time commitment and accuracy
Proven ability in assembling, compiling, analyzing and summarizing data.
Demonstrated analytical ability in preparing reports and gathering statistical data.
Must be assertive, creative and be able to work independently and anticipate and address issues in the executive's absence.
Must be innovative and make substantial individual judgments and recommendations.
Must be able to work with associates in multiple roles and with all levels including senior management.
Must effectively work in a fast paced environment.
Able to multi task and prioritize as necessary

Education:
High school diploma required or equivalent in education and experience.
Some college courses/specialized secretarial training preferred.
