WE is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Lead Operations Coordinator with strong communication skills to support the Associate Director of Lead Operations and Strategy, WE Schools in ensuring smooth operational performance in the lead generation space.
The position is based out of WE's office in Toronto.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist AD of Lead Operations and Strategy in day-to-day coordination and management of lead operational activities
Run routine data clean up prepare data captured for import into Salesforce
Track and report on lead nurture communications and nurture communication timelines
Deploy nurture sequences/drip campaigns to increase lead conversion and educator commitment to WE Schools
Transfer leads to appropriate relationship holders once they have committed to WE Schools
Update team resources with current procedures and practices to support overall delivery of lead operations across the department
Cross reference leads reports with WE Schools Program Segments registrations, Campaigns and Opportunities reports in Salesforce.
Keep abreast of all Call to Actions being communicated through nurture sequences
Participate in discussions and meetings related to lead operations process improvements, data analysis and structures, and data integrations
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Senior Program Manager, US partnerships, to support in lead conversions in specific sponsored offerings
Qualifications and Skills
Associates degree or equivalent educational and/or professional experience
Experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce), marketing automation software and database management an asset.
Excellent comprehension and ease with the application of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
Quick learner with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Detail-oriented and time management skills
Experience with Administration an asset
