WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The RPN Scrub Technician is responsible for efficiently setting up for each procedure and assisting the surgical team during the operative procedure.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Recent post-grad OR course.
- Current OR experience (within 1 year).
- Current BCLS.
- A-O course would be an asset.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Demonstrated technical ability.
- Demonstrated knowledge of OR procedures and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Demonstrated interest in continuing education.

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
