Our head office is located in Markham, Toronto and its subsidiary operations comprise of Immigration service, Banking and Finance, Real Estate, Social Welfare and Career training / Mentor service.

We are looking for an Insurance Sales & Training Manager to lead our Financial Advisors Team. The responsibilities include setting and monitoring sales goals, facilitating the professional development of the team, and providing insurance product knowledge to the advisor team.

To be successful, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be passionate about providing support and motivation, Ultimately, a top-notch candidate should be an exceptional leader, have good customer relations skills, and be goal-driven.

Responsibilities:
Setting and monitoring sales objectives.
Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
Contributing to meeting sales targets.
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.

Providing coaching to the existing financial advisor

Requirements:
Valid LLQP
2+ years of experience in insurance/finance/investment
experience in team leading or coaching in the financial industry
Business communication skills in both Chinese and English

**This is an intermediate to senior-level position. The successful candidate would be receiving a competitive base salary + Team Commission + Bonus + Company Share.
