One of the most important roles in the back of house team are our Dishwashers. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, a Dishwasher is in charge of sanitizing all dishes and keeping the storage area organized. The Dishwasher is responsible for receiving, verifying and putting away delivers from suppliers as well as checking the quality of ingredients delivered. From time to time, a Dishwasher will help with food prep such as breading, cutting and cleaning ingredients. This ideal employee would be a team player who can communicate clearly while working in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail and organization skills.
We operate 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM, there is flexibility within the schedules, but all staff must be available to work weekends. All shifts are about 6-8 hours.

Duties & Responsibilities
Verifies the quality and quantity of delivered items
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station up to policy standards
Keeps storage places organized where all supplies are visible
Works closely with Line Cooks to ensure a smooth service
Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, etc. in a timely manner
Prepares produce and ingredients with instruction from the manager
Provides satisfaction by ensuring guests and staff are using clean dishes and utensils
Represents brand by speaking respectfully and arriving in approved uniform
Understands when to solve problems independently and when to ask a manager
Adheres to all outlined procedures including health and safety, the handbook, etc.
Empties out garage, compost and recycling bins
Breaks down boxes and containers to put them in the recycling
Places clean dishes and cooking equipment in its designated place
Keeps property grounds clean by sweeping outside, shovelling snow, etc.
Communicates with management about concerns regarding workflow, safety and employee morale
$14 per hour + a % of tips
