PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

We are SAP Analytics Cloud Augmented BI product management team. Our team is spread across the World and is responsible for outbound and inbound product management for the Augmented BI features SAP Analytics Cloud. This includes both evangelism across multiple internal and external channels as well as gathering customer feedback, assisting proof of concept engagements and delivering market knowledge back into the SAP Analytics Cloud engineering team. Our features help customers explain and understand what is happening to their Analytics. The current feature set includes Smart Insights, Smart Discovery, Smart Predict, BI, Mobile, Boardroom. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Evangelize our product set attracting customers, partners and internal stakeholders to our products.
Define and execute commercial go to market plans which enable product success.
Prioritize required functionality in SAP Analytics product roadmaps in tandem with peers
Work collaboratively with the engineers, architects and Dev-manager in driving the adoption, execution and implementation of a technology strategy.
Define and optimize current SAC Product Management processes (Tenants, Reporting, Jira, etc.)
Work with our colleagues in Marketing, Digital Business Services, Engineering and Sales to execute strategic programs which deliver successful business outcomes
Place a premium on execution and generating results in support of the target market business plan. Develop creative, workable alternatives to enable opportunities. Work effectively in a team environment and generate high impact results. Ramp-up scalable revenue programs. Focus on the highest value priorities and tactfully push through resistance to change.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills

Masters degree or sufficient experience in a software company
Deep understanding of the analytics market including technology, vendors, competitors and value proposition
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to develop and propose process changes to all levels of management
Expert at creating high quality presentations and thought-leadership focused papers
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence entire organizations
Excellent collaboration skills
Team player that performs under pressure with consistent and high attention to detail
Preferred skills

Some experience of Sales, Presales or Marketing
Background in developing and delivering on commercial strategy topics
WORK EXPERIENCE

7+ years of work experience with analytics solutions (BI, Machine Learning, mobile solutions, SAP HANA, SAP BW, SAP BI Universes)
5+ years of experience as a program manager, product manager, product support or other technology focused role in a software company that provides application development products
Strong experience in evangelizing cloud software solutions to customers, partners and internal stakeholders in the B2B environment
Experience in program planning and / or evaluating new business development opportunities in new or emerging markets
