Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Helper will be responsible for various tasks. This includes measuring, cutting, and fabrications as well as operating machines. All Production Helpers are expected to be available to work in all areas of Production and on afternoon or night shift. The Production Helper will also be responsible for increasing productivity, working alongside fellow peers and creating a positive work environment.
Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language
Be reliable, motivated, organized and be able to work in a dynamic fast-paced team-driven environment

Ensure adherence to all safety policies, procedures and practices
Be able to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs consistently for eight (8) hours
Be able to read a tape measure
Be willing to work overtime when required
Must be able to work both independently & in a team setting
Have a commitment to quality and efficiency
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Working with Power Tools and Machinery
Experience in the use of hand tools
Able to work any shift (there are 3 shifts), however, new candidates will primarily start on off shift (either afternoon or night), with the opportunity to move to other shifts as postings or shift needs arise
