We’re currently looking for an experienced, proactive, and entrepreneurial Partner Program Manager to join our team of professionals. The person in this newly created role will work with the sales, marketing, and development teams to sign up and manage new strategic partnerships in order to drive traffic to the company’s websites, generate leads, and drive sales through affiliate marketing.

Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Lead our affiliate and media partner program
Build a vision and strategy for the partner programs to enhance them, and execute strategies.
Grow the programs by identifying new opportunities and acquiring new partners to grow the affiliate scheme.
Identify new partners and work with the sales departments to sign them up.
Communicate with partners and build relationships with them
Communicate with partners about activity and projects, and report about leads produced by the partner.
Keep affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements.
Continuously motivate affiliates to perform better.
Communicate with partners regarding TEC news and marketing campaigns to get coverage for TEC on the media partners’ pages.
Educate partners about best practices and industry changes to ensure their knowledge is up to date and accurate.
Coordinate with partner initiatives and projects
Oversee marketing campaign implementation for partner affiliates, including landing pages, banners, email, content exchange, and live events.
Monitor, optimize, and report on all projects.
Reporting and budget management
Report on the efficiency of the acquisition channels.
Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
Manage the affiliate and community budget, including commissions and budget spend.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates.
Keeping up to date with competitors’ affiliate programs, market trends, and reporting on them.
Deliver reports to senior management.

Key Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of two years of experience in an affiliate/partner manager role and a minimum of three years of marketing experience, preferably in a lead generation role in a B2B environment
In-depth knowledge and proven track of record in US and international affiliates/partner programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (an additional language would be a bonus)
You are a self-starter and you have the drive to win with a driven and results-orientated approach
You have a go-getter attitude and the energy to get things done, quick
A good understanding of tracking technology and effective reporting and presentation skills
Strong partnership management skills
Effective sales and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree

Compensation: Annual salary commensurate with experience.
