Job Description:
The role exists to administer credit notes for customer deals, provide assistance to the Sales Department, Credit & Collections department and Vendor Contract Compliance Analyst, in identification, analysis and processing of Sales spend. The candidate will be a key contributor to the Toronto Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections Team.

What we can expect from you:
Reconciling customer deductions on the A/R.
Working closely with various departments to ensure proper support is provided to support the deductions.
Processing of credit and debit notes in multiple subsidiaries.
Working closely with Credit and Collections team and/or customers to resolve any discrepancies and findings.
Reporting as per audit requirements and requests (monthly, quarterly, annually, and ad hoc).

Who's a good fit for this role:
Strong computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel
SAP experience is a must
Salesforce experience would be an asset
Strong accounting, analytical, and problem solving skills
Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and a friendly diplomatic manner are a must
AR and deductions resolution experience in Consumer Packaged Goods Industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
Ability to Multi-task & able to meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize and multi task with accuracy and attention to detail

You should apply if you have the following:
Related College diploma preferred
A minimum of 3-5 years related experience in a mid to large sized company
AR and deductions resolution experience in Packaged Goods Industry
Strong computer skills in MS Office and an enterprise reporting system
Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and a friendly diplomatic manner are a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
Ability to Multi-task
