We are a fast-paced, collaborative and fun team working to transform the way we live. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the sales and marketing for all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy. We know today's homebuyers expect everything they need to buy a home at their fingertips. From our office, we operate like a startup with the resources of a much larger company, creating leading customer experiences that bridge the gap between the physical and the digital space.

Want to know a bit about your new career? In this role you will:

o Build and develop communication flow between us and our external creative agency; establish strong rapport to ensure our brand standards are adhered to in the ideation and development phases of all creative materials

o Manage all social media campaigns and accounts

o responsible for email and website management with external website development agencies

o Research and assist to determine market plan and market strategies;

o Assist in drafting & reviewing outgoing marketing material

o Set up & manage sales office setup, decor package, and all other sales related documents

o Solve problems that may arise from time to time in the process of marketing;

o Communicate with Sales Team on daily management objectives and reporting

o Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage

o Organize and file all documents pertaining to condo sales

o Act as the Key Point of Contact for Purchasers and liaison between Management, Sales Team & Purchasers

o Manage accounts payable & issuing of purchase orders for marketing related vendors

o Experience in real estate/after sales service/warranty/construction field is required

o University undergraduate degree in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $55,000.00 per year
