The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for the retention and account development of an existing book of business through providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing advice to clients on insurance matters, products, and coverage‚Äôs and resolving client concerns
  • Developing existing client accounts
  • Sales and service of home/auto policies
  • Meeting sales and service goals


  • Level I General Insurance license
  • Actively pursuing or completion of CAIB or CIP
  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products including Word and Outlook
  • Experience with Power Broker would be an asset
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Energetic and personally accountable for goals
  • Time management
  • Effective team player
  • Excellent communicator

Salary: $28,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
