You will support the Mainline Contracting Project, Project Team and Vice President of Mainline Tolling Strategy. General administrative duties such as preparation and maintenance of internal and external documents that support the project, routine correspondence and travel arrangements will be some of the activities you will be involved in. What you will do:
Assist with the preparation, maintenance and circulation of numerous external and internal documents.
Organizing and maintaining team specific documentation processes through data input, verification and filing in hard copy and electronic team and central databases.
Efficiently understand the Project and its complexities.
Anticipate the needs of the VP Mainline Tolling Strategy and Project Team with regards to identifying key information and filtering relevant and irrelevant information.
Drafting complex correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
Coordinate Project activities with various internal and external stakeholders including operations, legal departments, and regulatory bodies.
Relieves Project Team of some administrative details.
Plan, organize and schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for the team using iExpense

Who you are:
You will have a University Degree or related Business Administration Diploma and/or a combination of course work and experience will be considered
A minimum of 5 years related experience
Advanced knowledge of related software, company databases, company structure, SOPs, and office communications technology
Strong analytical, interpretive, organizational and problem-solving skills
