Documentation and Training Administrative Coordinator

SCOPE OF POSITION

The purpose of this role is to provide a coordination of Responsible Care activities for Water Chemical Business. This role will provide training support to the Water Chemical Training team developing documentation in both French and English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizing, updating, archiving, and managing the control documentation system in DMS for sites documents.
  • Populating, verifying and following through on actions items and parent documents such as, but not limited to, incident reports and management of changes in the IMS system.
  • Updating, including managing the updating process itself, for controlled procedures for the sites under his or her responsibility.
  • Translating documents from English to French (or the other around as per need).
  • Creating or revising other EHS related documentation such as but not limited to JSA, MOC, ECP, MSDS, etc.
  • Working closely with Regional Manager to provide support on reports.
  • Helping in the creation of training presentations for the Water Chemical training team
  • Ad/hoc projects as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong in English and French written skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills in PowerPoint, word and excel.
  • Ability to communicate well with others and present with large groups
  • Basic knowledge bookkeeping skills such as invoicing
