Our specific team has the opportunity to work on one of Bell’s most exciting tools – Blueprints. Through process digitization, we manage critical customer interactions and ensure that resolutions are consistent, correct, and fast.

Job Duties / Accountabilities:
As part of our product management catalog support team, you will:

Respond to and collect information from quoting and ordering tools (UT+, BSS, GPI, UDB), assesses sku attributes, verify with the product manager and execute introduction in to our product database
Assessment of attribute and pricing errors when catalogs are not accurate. Analyzes the source of the issue, track the appropriate supplier, distributor and product manager and work with them to provide the accurate information required for issue resolution
Sku conflicts arise due to classification issues the role verifies the conflict and works with MGROUP or IT to reclassify and recreate products
Engage with our partner community validating appropriate pricing and end-of-life (EoL) of products
Support new product introductions and large volume sku introductions by product managers
Actively reviews top funnel opportunities, verifies existence of products in the catalog, and enters products that are missing

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
Minimum 2 year experience with Partner catalogs: Cisco, Avaya, HPE
Proven analytical thinking
High degree of accountability
Independent thinker; Ability to prioritize
Microsoft Office competence: Excel, Word, Outlook / Intermediate level
Proven history working with data sets
Willingness to learn and intellectually curious
Ability to work occasional overtime
Proficiency in communication

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:
Bilingualism (French and English)
Proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong team player
Experience with Bell IS catalog tools: UDB, GPI
Experience with UT+ and/BSS

Job location address: 100 Borough Drive, Toronto (Ontario)

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
