Position Summary:

We are currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and organized assistant manager. Applicants must enjoy working in a team environment. We are looking for someone who is going to help lead, encourage, and empower their team to do the best they can, while providing outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service

· Establish a sales-based store culture

· Training, coaching and developing new team members

· Establish, monitor and control inventory

· Managing merchandising and in store promotions

· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations

· Ensure compliance with AGLC guidelines

Position Requirements:

· Must be over the age of 18

· 2 years in retail management

· Excellent computer skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· Exceptional time management skills

· Skilled multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities

· Ability to lead a team of up to 5 employees

· Passion for Beer, Wine and Spirits
