About this part time maintenance position:What you’ll do:
Ensure that residents quality of life is enjoyable by ensuring that repairs and maintenance to the inside and outside of the building are performed in a timely manner
Perform minor painting, drywall, plumbing, carpentry and other maintenance work
Ensure that the outside of the building has a pleasant and safe curb appeal by performing snow and ice removal as well as gardening and landscaping
What you’ll need:
Must have a positive attitude, be motivated and enjoy working around the elderly
3 to 5 years prior experience with painting and general maintenance work
Able to multi-task and remain flexible in tasks and hours of work
