Set the short and long term strategic vision for the assigned brands; aligning with the US and the global organization
Work with assigned brands to develop and execute business plans to meet sales and profit objectives
Identify and execute continuous improvement, new product development, media planning, consumer promotion, market research, merchandising initiatives and packaging development
Provide applicable business analyses to support the execution and evaluation of the brand activities
Regularly liaise with US/global counterparts to ensure opportunities to harmonize innovation and brand communications are fully leveraged
Full P&L ownership: work with the sales team to drive profitable topline sales revenue and operations team to identify cost improvement opportunities without sacrificing brand performance.
Coach and monitor direct report(s)
Post- secondary degree in Marketing
Minimum 3 years Brand Manager experience in a consumer focused environment
Demonstrated experience and expertise in business analysis leading to decision making and strategic development
Excellent organizational and presentation skills
Proficiency in AC Nielsen, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
