Absolute Results is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join its growing team based in Surrey, BC. Your job is to make the team and the product as good as it can be, so you’re always finding and bringing forward better solutions and fresh approaches. You carefully analyze problems to find thoughtful answers. Your experience, both as a leader and a software engineer, allow you to competently advocate for your decisions—even unpopular ones. But you’re flexible to move forward with whatever decision is ultimately made.

You have at least five years of experience developing product architecture and building web-based applications. With a proven record of successful products deployed or in production, you don’t take yourself too seriously, but are all about taking personal responsibility. You lead by example, love rolling your shirt sleeves up, digging into code and are always keeping your skills nice and sharp.


  • Building beautiful, intelligent software
  • Designing a maintainable, sustainable architecture for web apps.
  • Maintaining and adding new functionality to existing web-based applications.
  • Optimizing development operations.
  • Producing clean, quality code built for scalability and performance.
  • Reviewing, testing and deploying code.


  • 5-7+ years minimum with an advanced level of experience with full LAMP stack
  • 4+ years working with any modern JavaScript framework (jQuery, Angular, Bootstrap, VueJS, React, etc.)
  • Experience in developing and using web service APIs
  • Experience with server automation (Linux), back-end product platform (PHP/MySQL), VOIP and front-end platform (custom UI framework & module loading/sandboxing systems)
  • Proficient in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap
  • Experience working collaboratively using version control systems (Bitbucket/Git/GitHub).
  • Experience with responsive, mobile friendly frontend design and implementation.
  • Experience with AWS and dev ops would be an asset but not required.
