We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Physiotherapist eager to play a leading role in the exciting growth of our Port Elgin clinic. Port Elgin is a thriving beach community located on the shores of Lake Huron 2 hours from Toronto where many professionals are building their lifestyle to find both maximum quality of life and professional experience.It has the designation as one of the top communities in Canada to live and work!

Responsibilities and Duties

The Registered Physiotherapist will be responsible for Assessment, Treatment planning, Treatment provision-manual therapy, exercise, education, modality prescription etc, electronic documentation and communication with other health care practitioners within and outside of the clinic. There is the opportunity to provide Virtual Visits to clients to enhance their treatment programs.Working with the rest of the team to provide patient focused care allows for a collaborative and meaningful rehabilitation experience.

Qualifications and Skills

If you have:

-Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate team leadership

-Demonstrated strength and success in establishing and maintaining client relations with all age groups

-Strong manual therapy background

-Continuing education in orthopaedics and Acupuncture would be an asset

-Accurate charting and record keeping in an electronic charting format
