REPORTS TO: Kitchen Manager or General Manager

Job Type: Full time

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Preparation of all food.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.

2. Prepares all food items ads directed in a sanitary and timely manner.

3. Visually inspects all food sent from the kitchen line to be sure it meets the high standard of plate presentation and consistency

4. Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.

5. Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.

6. Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.

7. Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.

This is an opened kitchen.
