We specialize in providing outsourced IT support and implementation services to small and medium-sized businesses in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. We are searching for an outgoing, dynamic sales professional to assist in moving sales opportunities through the pipeline.

Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

Department: Account Management

Reports to: President or Sales Manager

SUMMARY

The Business Development Coordinator will work to nurture new leads and move them forward in the 365 sales process. This will involve a significant amount of time meeting face to face with new prospects for our services, qualifying leads, and positioning opportunities to be closed by the closed by the company President. Prior experience in a B2B solutions selling role is mandatory.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend initial meetings with prospective clients as arranged by 365’s appointment setter, where you will:
  • Qualify prospects based on our Ideal Client Profile
  • Listen for needs and employ Question-based selling tactics
  • Present options for next steps, including Network Discovery
  • Follow up on all open sales opportunities, moving them forward through the 365 sales process and updating our CRM with your activities.
  • Coordinate internal meetings with technical team to prepare for final sales presentations
  • Schedule and coordinate all client-facing sales activities, including Network Discoveries and Final Presentations
  • Prepare written proposals to be used in Final Presentations

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree or diploma in business administration or another relevant field
  • Prior experience in a B2B solution-selling role is mandatory.
  • Experience in a technology-related field, or in Managed IT Services is considered a strong asset.
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined, able to manage multiple open sales opportunities and follow-up diligently.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both verbally and written
  • Self-directed and motivated – a passion for sales and getting the deal.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
