How are we different from AutoTrader or Kijiji? We purchase our own inventory, which is then rigorously inspected and professionally photographed. We like to highlight wear and tear so you know we're not hiding anything!

After scheduling a test drive to your home or work, a member of our Clutch Concierge team, who is non-commissioned and rated on customer satisfaction, will bring the vehicle to you to determine if its the right fit!

You’ll need to be a great communicator, a brand ambassador, and possess the know how to get the job done.

We expect bright people, willing to roll up their sleeves, take on new assignments, and juggle many things at once.

In our down time we have ping pong tournaments. However, the pace is pretty quick around here, so you’ll need to be prepared to keep up.


  • Support our growing sales team to help develop and follow up on leads, and respond to inquiries in their pipeline
  • Own the entire sales process from start to finish; follow up on leads, facilitate sales, and ensure the best possible customer experience
  • Utilize different methods of communicating with potential buyers (phone, email, text), and completed accurate tracking of communication in our CRM system
  • Manage and overcome potential buyer objections
  • Help the Sales Team members follow up with their daily tasks and help the team meet their quota
  • Work closely with Clutch members across teams


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or similar top tier program
  • 2+ years work experience in a customer facing sales team environment in a manager or team lead capacity
  • Prior auto experience is preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and guiding teams to exceed goals
  • Available to work weekends
  • Possess strong business acumen
  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems with varying complexity while maintaining focus on the customer experience
  • Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines and find solutions
  • Resourceful and self-motivated and have the ability to work independently when necessary
