We are a high end French/European Pastry shop looking for an assistant pastry chef with passion for desserts who is energetic, motivated, responsible, team player, creative with ability to pay attention to details. Willing to learn and grow and be able to work in fast pace environment.
- Must have knowledge in preparing a wide variety of cakes, pastries, tarts, cookies and chocolate decor.
- Knowledge in filling and masking cakes, piping, glazing and decorate cakes and pastries.
- be able to follow recipes, scale and follow instructions.
- Must maintain work area organized and clean.
- Must understand, speak, read english fluently.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts or similar educational background.
