Job Description & Summary

A career in Infrastructure and Property, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection, facilities management, and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning.

Our Office Services team is responsible for managing the well being of our office environment as well as responding to office requests from PwC partners and staff to help keep the office running smoothly.

At the Administrative level, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities include:
Provide set-up and operation of a wide variety of audiovisual and video conferencing equipment, microphones, data projectors, and computers
Provide technical support for meetings, videoconferencing, teleconferences, webinars and distance-learning classes
Provide routine advice and instruction to users of audiovisual equipment
Proactive interface with user community to understand requirements and set up needs
Beverage and food setup prior to the meetings in the meeting rooms.
Clean-up of meeting rooms after meetings.
Codes invoices needed in e-payables.
Developing and maintaining a relationship with various food vendors to ensure we provide variety.
Printing, copying and binding services as needed
Reception relief coverage as required
Assists with other functions of Office Services as needed
Provides support to administrative team during peak periods as required

Requirements:
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.

Minimum 1-2 years working experience in an office position.

2 + years related experience including delivery and set-up of audio visual and telemedicine equipment would be an asset but not a requirement.

High School graduate. Completion of a college or other program in audiovisual technology or a related field would be an asset but not a requirement.

High degree of computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet search tools. Utilize Lotus Notes, G Suite, and other job-related databases .

Excellent oral and written communication skills (including strong spelling, drafting, editing, proofreading, punctuation and grammar skills).

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Exercises discretion when dealing with confidential data.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills .

Detailed-focused with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.
