Job Description

We are seeking a Digital CRM Specialist (E-commerce Support) to join our Operations Team to help customers by providing product and service information and resolving order issues. Training will be provided.

Essential Duties

· Manage online order fulfillment

· Ensure accuracy of shipments

· Make sure all data is flowing accurately

· Database Management

· Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone calls, emails and other applications

· Handle electronic shipment claims and keep records

· Understand and Process Electronic Data Interchange related orders

· Provide information about the products and services

· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

· Document and update customer records based on interactions

· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

· Act as the liaison between E-commerce Operation Team

· Miscellaneous administrative tasks

Qualifications

· Previous experience in Digital CRM, customer service or other related fields

· Previous work experience with E-commerce is a plus

· Computer skills/Tech Savvy

· At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

· Adaptable and able to learn quickly

· Ability to prioritize and multitask with excellent organization skills

· Strong Analytical skills

· Proficient in order automation

· Positive and professional demeanor

· Must be able to work at our office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· A degree or diploma in Technology related fields and/or Marketing will be preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
