Audi Oakville, a division within Weins Canada is currently seeking a successful and driven Sales and Leasing Manager to lead our Sales Department. Weins Canada has built a reputation for success becoming one of the country's largest automotive groups that takes pride in 13 dealerships.

Plan monthly and yearly objectives for sales, gross turnover and essential expenses.
Train & coach sales advisors.
Review sales advisor’s floor traffic performance.
Follow up with the sales advisor to determine the status of each of the sales leads.
Administer all leasing documentation and maintain detailed files on all leasing transactions
Prepare various reports, containing the ratio of retail sales to leases and renewal percentages
Follow-up with sales advisors throughout the renewal process
Manage lease returns, including booking appointments, examining vehicles and delivering any related reports.
Maintain a current list of clients and ensure the follow-up calls are made by sales advisors.
Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management
2-4 years of experience as a Sales and Leasing Manager
Automotive Dealership experience considered an asset
Valid OMVIC License in good standing
Class G Driver’s License
Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills
