Responsible for building software by writing code, as well as modifying software to fix errors, improve its performance. Responsible for testing and validation procedures and working with internal clients or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assign work, provide clear and concise direction, and follow up to ensure proper execution
Respond and handle team and technical issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope
Work with Acuity’s enterprise architects to established engineering and architectural patterns
Work as part of a team to deliver solutions in an Agile fashion
Ability to break down complex product requirements, providing development estimates as needed
Deliver high quality code that has been thoroughly tested
Other duties as assigned by Management
Front end application architecture
Strong understanding of RESTful API development
Unit testing and cross browser testing
