Pereux Financial Services is looking for a hardworking, task oriented person to join the team in the role of Administrative/Marketing Assistant. The incumbent in this role works directly with the advisors and Operations Manager.

Requirements:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proven ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

You must possess strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Post Secondary education or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing administrative support to Operations Manager as well as Advisor(s)

Understanding of insurance products, preparing illustrations and assisting in recommendations for client meetings.

Processing new business applications.

Client servicing, proactively following up on cases and contacting clients via telephone and/or email to arrange meetings, etc.

Handling confidential and sensitive documents

Marketing, creating PowerPoint presentations

Prior office experience and Life insurance industry experience would be considered an asset.
