CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST - Bilingual, French & English
The Client Success Specialist is part of the Client Success Team. This position will provide the leadership necessary to manage and grow Agrian commercial relationships with existing retail and distributor accounts, locations and customers. The role has primary responsibility for client revenue generating services including support and training of enterprise precision software and hardware. The Client Success Specialist will work with targeted organizations to create profitable long-term relationships and will serve as a key customer contact.
Lead demonstrations of Agrian software, Agrian use of data and technology tools
Identify training needs and methods to grow use of Agrian field software and customer satisfaction
Aid Agrian Client Support in developing training materials for the purpose of channel education
Plan and assist with software training and educational meetings
Develop and document feature use-cases for new product development and/or enhancements
Identify, summarize and communicate requirements for software and hardware solutions
Conduct planning with key accounts to meet market penetration, use and revenue goals
Identify, analyze and prioritize enterprise account goals, product opportunities and innovative sales concepts. Facilitate the sales and adoption of Agrian software, hardware and services to existing customers
Perform other related duties as assigned by Agrian management

Develop a knowledge of Agrian’s products and pricing strategies
Lead and collaborate with other members of the Agrian team in project needs assessment, execution and satisfaction
Orchestrate and communicate training activities and the efforts of needed parties in the driving of field data use process from inception to implementation with the Agrian team
Communicate timely and accurate information regarding developments in the selling process to other members of the team
Ability to build appropriate rapport and establish constructive and effective relationships with peers, executives, and customers to meet business needs
High level of personal integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
Ability to adapt personal style, work methods and individual capabilities to contribute to business goals
Excellent planning, time management, communication, presentation and organizational skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Post-secondary education (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) in a related field such as Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Farm Management, or Precision Agriculture
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a combination of agronomy sales, training and/or precision agriculture field applications
Proven sales experience
Knowledge of farming practices and equipment
Knowledge of the principles and practices of soil fertility, fertilizer recommendations, site-specific agronomy and GIS systems/GPS technologies
Expected Travel: Extensive travel required, up to 50% overnight travel in busy seasons. In addition, the position will require occasional travel to industry events and trade shows.
Physical Demands: During office hours, may be required to stand or sit in one location for extended periods. While in field, there may be some stooping and lifting or carrying of light material or equipment. Extensive driving will be required, especially during peak sales periods.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Web browsers. Additional experience and/or expertise with commercial precision agricultural data software products and services would be highly beneficial.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A valid Canadian driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
