Our client, an international law firm located in the core of downtown Toronto, steps from Union station, is looking for a capable Sr. Trademarks Legal Assistant to join its Intellectual Property team!

Preparing, amending, and attending to electronic filings
Prosecution of Canadian trademark applications and related reports
Assisting with the preparation and assembly of legal documents
Providing administrative support including opening/closing files, scheduling, etc.
5+ years of trademark experience
Proficiency with MS Office and other legal-specific applications, including trademark docketing software
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of CIPO's online systems
