We are growing and are looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to our Sales Team. Joining our “we-first” bunch you’ll have the chance to learn the ins and outs of our machines and create an amazing client experience. For this role we will provide all the training and support you’ll need to succeed, including time and space to get to know the industry and products, and more importantly, time to build great relationships while working alongside one of the best customer service teams in the industry.

What You’ll Do
Process quotes & sales orders through our CRM (Salesforce & Hubspot)Take the lead on all incoming sales-related phone callsMaintain & expand our database of prospectsAssist with booking in-field events, vendor days & product demosEnsure a high level of communication with end-usersSupport marketing initiatives and corresponding action itemsTroubleshoot common issues for end-usersOutbound cold callsResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interestImprove sales & marketing processesDevelop SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) related to the roleAssist with other sales roles when requested & requiredThe role is office-based
