Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: $85,000-$100,000 plus benefits Day 1
Length of Project: Contract - Approx 1 year ++
Location: HQ in Guelph with 30% travel to CDA and US sites
Seeking a Project Manager to assist our large client in the medical services space with integrating new stores post acquisition. This project is approximately 1 year (possible extension), and will require some travel.

About the role:
This position is responsible for managing the integration of several new acquisitions into the parent company. This includes managing project charters, critical paths and other related documents, managing planning and meetings associated with systems, process and new system implementations.
Oversee all project management activities related to the integration
Provide cost benefit analysis during feasibility planning
Develop and maintain associated project budgets
Determine potential risks to business and escalate as required
Implement a continuous improvement process to identity opportunities for quality and efficiency improvement within project management
Where applicable negotiate pricing and procurement for the projects being managed
Ensure accurate information is collected from and transmitted to appropriate departments to ensure relevant decisions are made (e.g. equipment inventory, pricing strategy, facilities leases, marketing, human resources, IT, etc.)

About the candidate:
PMP certification and a minimum of 5 years experience working on this type of project is required
Proven ability to build strong relationship with internal customers, external customers, leasing agents, property mangers, landlords, government agencies, and other stakeholders
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to interpret financial statements and operations reports, retail KPIs, etc.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook), project management software and other related applications.
