We are now looking for an experienced veterinary team member to join in the fun at the front of house and provide exceptional care and service to the outstanding pet owners we serve.
You: The ideal candidate would display exceptional communication ability, share our passion for outstanding customer service and patient care, take pride in their work and have a thirst for knowledge and self-betterment. This position requires an upbeat, caring and organized personality to keep up with the pace of our practice and high standard of care, and most importantly, the art of thinking on your feet!
Your day: Our rock-star Client Service Team is responsible for keeping appointments running smoothly and efficiently, collaborate with DVM/RVT team during triaging phone calls, contacting pet owners before, during and after visits to our hospital, following up with all pet owners to ensure their needs are met, preparing estimates and invoices for pet owners for daily procedures, preparing and demonstrating medications being dispensed, providing nutritional information to pet owners, providing education in the exam room and scheduling appointments and procedures.
