CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
Our busy head office located in Sechelt seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. The ideal person is excited to come to work and help us show off the beautiful views this area is blessed with. You work well in a fast-paced environment with a great group of coworkers ensuring that every guest we serve leaves Sunshine Coast Air with the best possible experience. This job requires weekend and holiday availability with a fun environment in a gorgeous waterfront office. Staff accommodation is available with this role.

Applicants will possess all or some of the below mentioned skills/qualifications
DUTIES
- Answering phone and walk-in enquiries for tours, scheduled flights and charter flights
- Quoting charter flight requests
- Processing customer payments and balancing daily cash-outs
- Dispatching and flight tracking planes
- Checking in passengers for scheduled flights and local tours
- Escorting passengers & their luggage to their flight
- Assisting with data entry and projects as required
- Maintaining a clean office environment
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Detail orientated, with exceptional customer service skills in a busy office environment
- Friendly and professional with a positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and think outside the box
- Excellent problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to take direction well with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent and effective communication skills; both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work individually, as well as in a team, in an unsupervised fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Vancouver Island, Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas an asset
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Work remotely
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
