We are seeking a Systems Administrator who thrives in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment and is driven to achieve great things. You will directly contribute to a rapidly growing organization with strong work ethic, attention to detail and initiative.

Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, you’ll be responsible for the systems administration of our infrastructure which includes roughly 200 users across 7 facilities across the globe. As a progressive company, we expect you to directly contribute by recommending new solutions as well as optimizing our many different software’s and tools to maximize company productivity and act as a business partner while supporting the growth of the company. Security is also of the upmost importance and security must be one of your core professional values as well.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tactical and very disciplined. You are customer oriented. You strive for perfection, and you drive for optimization. Processes are your best friend!

Outcomes of this role:
Maintains stability, security and control of infrastructure systems, business applications and services
Contributes, reviews and approves technical solution design documents to address requirements, integration, test plans and test cases
Efficiently executes project delivery during plan, execution, control and close phases
Makes recommendations on the lifecycle of infrastructure technologies
Answers complex technical questions
ocuments process/procedures to ensure that sustainability and compliancy is maintained
Proven ability to manage small to medium sized projects
Ability to excel in an environment where priorities can change regularly and rapidly
Experience in an ERP environment is an asset

Other stuff we look for:
  • Minimum 5 years of pertinent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
  • Strong understanding of networks, security and networking technologies
  • Background of technical infrastructure and cloud services experience
  • Must be a good team player, while also have the capacity to work autonomously
  • Outstanding customer service skills
