Looking for experienced Medical Office Assistant for busy surgical practice. Must be well versed in use of an electronic medical record system. (Abelmed is an asset). Duties include handling of telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, booking surgeries and all diagnostic tests, scanning of documents,ordering of office supplies ,greeting and handling of patients. Must have experience with medical transcription and medical terminology with competency in typing. Experience with accounts payable and payroll is an asset. Must be well organized and able to multl-task. Post secondary medical office administration certificate is also an asset.

Salary commensurate with experience.
