MARKETING AND CUSTOMER RETENTION MANAGER (AUTO DEALERSHIP)

We are a 25 year young mid-sized Ford dealership with a strong reputation for taking care of our customers and our employees. We are currently looking for an inspired, task oriented individual that is up to the challenge of helping us grow and care for our client base. The successful applicant will have an eye for effective, clean and imaginative layout and display. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing and maximizing our customer database
  • Managing our website, ensuring that it is fresh, relevant and effective.
  • Managing our showroom and outside display.
  • Planning, creating and managing periodic mass e mail communications, various social media assets, creative print advertising and video productions.
  • Planning, creating and managing various events and promotions.
  • Ensure that communication with our customers is effective and of value to our customers.
  • Maximize the value of the marketing budget.

Qualifications:

Besides a robust understanding of the principles of SEO, social media, analytics, digital and print media marketing, database management and mining, brand creation and brand leverage, applicants will require:

  • A strong interest in the auto industry.
  • A creative, innovative eye.
  • Post-secondary education degree/diploma or equivalent in marketing or communications.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing / communications with a strong track record and portfolio.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a timely, organized fashion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of and experience in graphic design would be an asset.
