We at Silstone have passion for software engineering (Saas applications and cloud). We focus on creating custom software products that have direct impact on a business's bottom line and extremely design conscious. Our clients include companies in the healthcare sector and on the other end of spectrum we have startups looking to scale by providing them with an engineering team. We have expertise in building software applications and associated network infrastructure (Devops). We are growing at a pace where we need you and more of you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential sales opportunities - find leads, set appointments and close if you can else we will have someone do that part. Cold calling, email and LinkedIn reach outs will be expected with experience in social selling.
  • Track all opportunities within our CRM system - 10 touch points
  • Build relationship, spread the name, network with an objective of creating relationships.
  • 60-80 calls per day or touch points consistently into target accounts
  • Must be able to prospect daily for new opportunities;
  • Schedule 5 appointments per week;
  • Quickly identify opportunities through proper qualifying and analyzing customer needs;
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns;
  • Ability to adapt to change call approach to achieve results;
  • Understanding of (SaaS) software application development process for web, mobile and cloud infrastructure.

Your Qualifications

  • 2 - 5 years of full-time business development experience (software sales is a plus with experience in healthcare and startup accounts)
  • Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales quotas;
  • Previous telephone experience and familiar with booking meetings with decision makers;
  • Minimum of 2 year of demonstrated telephone sales experience using social selling startegies

Salary: $50,000.00 to $95,000.00 /year
