We are looking for EXPERIENCED OIL & GAS Horizontal Directional Drillers with a MINUMUM of 2 years’ experience drilling Horizontal oil & gas wells. We are also looking for Multilateral Directional hands with a MINUMUM of 1 year experience drilling Multilateral oil & gas wells for work around Vermillion, Bonnyville and the Elk Point area. Also seeking Directional hands with extensive experience drilling in the Viking Formation around the Kindersley area and also around Shaunavon & Gull Lake SK drilling Upper & Lower Shaunavon wells.
We are offering a Competitive Day rate plus KM’s. Must Live in Canada or Hold a Valid Canadian Work Visa.
Role & Responsibility
· To successfully drill Horizontal / Multilateral oil & gas well.
· To Deliver exceptional service to our clients and represent Mostar at the highest level.
· Receive survey data, calculate and make effective decisions to drill Build and Laterals to desired targets and TD depths.
· To successfully initiate, execute & drill sidetracks (sometimes multiple sidetracks in shift).
· Pick up and make up BHA’s and oversee all BHA components are properly assembled.
· Aid in BHA analysis, build and walk tendencies.
· Deliver all survey data, BHA data and summaries, reports and important information to the client.
· Generate Daily Well reports for us and client.
· Generate BHA reports.
· Generate Slide Sheet reports.
· Ensure all paperwork is properly completed and kept up to date.
· Keep track of all Directional equipment inventory on location and aid in the logistics of shipping and receiving directional tools (Motors, Collars, subs, etc.)
· Conduct safety meeting and supervise the safe pick up (assembly) and lay down (disassembly) of Directional BHA components.
· Submit all safety reports and incident reporting.
