As a Senior Software Developer Front-end, you blend strong technical expertise with a passion for design. Actively participating in the design process, you infuse applications with delight, coach developers on UI best practices and build prototypes that test ideas. You will be part of the Growth Hacking team, which sole purpose is to increase the bottom line via small infrequent changes to our existing applications.

Reporting to the Manager, Growth hacking & Rapid prototyping, your main responsibilities are:

Re-Engineer existing interfaces and improve them to meet our Growth objectives.
Engineer interfaces using best practice front-end architecture and development patterns.
Bring designs to life, enriching them with micro interactions and animations.
Build prototypes and tools to assist with user research.
Identify, implement and evangelize user interface best practices.
Participate to market research and actively voice your opinion.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team throughout product design and development;

Your Skills

You have 8 years of experience in software development
Responsive web development experience using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Experience with AngularJS, React, jQuery and Angular 2+.
Experience with Git.
Experience with cross-browser compatibility issues.
Great eye for UI and UX.
Familiarity with DTM & Adobe Target.
Familiarity with Java.
Builds and executes quickly
Love for polished, beautiful applications.
Familiar with agile Scrum development methodologies;
Bachelor of Software Engineering (or related discipline/experience).
