Join us as a PI Technician and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Toronto.
You will provide in the engineering field support for installation, test, operation, and maintenance of equipment. You will provide technical expertise to subcontractors, project team members and less experienced personnel.
Your responsibilities will include :
Perform a variety of field engineering assignments such as installation, test, operation and maintenance of equipment;
Investigate the causes of electromechanical equipment and subsystem failures and developing alternate solutions;
Devise test procedures to evaluate system performance and performs failure analysis on parts to be returned for repair;
Design special tools required for field maintenance or modifications;
Support central control operation and recovery;
Ensure and respect HSE rules and report immediately any deviation.
Key requirements :
You have minimum four (4) years of technical experience;
You own good understanding of basic concepts and procedures in your own discipline and basic knowledge in related disciplines and continues to acquire higher level knowledge and skills;
You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
