As the Associate Vice President of Enterprise Transformation Office you will define and manage the Strategic Enterprise Roadmap of complex, cross portfolio business transformations in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to support the successful delivery of strategies. You will evaluate complex delivery programs, create innovative solutions to execution challenges, and propose transformation delivery recommendations. You will champion best practices and monitor emerging trends and promote knowledge sharing regarding delivery excellence, tools and processes.

What you’re responsible for:
Overseeing programs & initiative intakes and ensuring alignment during mobilization.

Building and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing value-added advisory services to key stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.

Defining and managing the Strategic Enterprise Roadmap of complex, cross portfolio business transformations to support successful delivery of the strategies.

Facilitating executive road mapping and providing strategy progress reports to the senior leadership team.

Leading and engaging your team to deliver strategic objectives through effective coaching and mentoring, identifying and developing emerging talent, and fostering an innovative, collaborative, and agile culture.

What to expect:
You will travel occasionally.

You are required have your own vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance.

This role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment.

As a leader, strict confidentiality is required with respect to sensitive matters and employees’ personal information.

You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.

To join our team:
You have 10 years of experience in Program Delivery and Leading/Coaching Teams.

You have a post-secondary and graduate degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.

You have in-depth knowledge and experience in successful program delivery and leading transformational change, preferably in the financial services industry.

Having the Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Fellow of The Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA), Discipline Agile or Agile Scrum Master designation is an asset.
