Our growing company is seeking to hire an account and sales representative who will be part of our internal sales team. You will be tasked with account management responsibilities, as well as closing inbound sales opportunities generated across various marketing channels.

Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s long-term success.
Perform monthly account management responsibilities intended to grow inactive and existing assigned accounts.
Cultivating strategic relationships with key accounts through exploring and anticipating specific needs, attending networking events, and continuous follow up.
Assist in closing inbound sales opportunities that are received both through our live chat and ticketing system.
Be accessible via our live chat system to field inbound leads and prospects.
Be accessible via telephone to field inbound leads and prospects.
Participate in weekly Sales and Operations meetings.
Participate in bi-weekly Sales and Marketing meetings.
Manage, utilize, and keep sales pipeline up-to-date.
Maintain your commission register.
Updates monthly marketing data.
Provide weekly progress reports to management.
Provide leadership team with on-going customer feedback to help shape sales and marketing effectiveness, product improvement, and innovation. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfactio
A minimum of 1 year of inside sales leads generation role experience, preferably in B2B technology.
Proven track record of selling technology products. Excellent solution selling, objection handling, and closing skills.
We sell servers! As such, we ask that only those candidates with a sound technical background and understanding of servers, their components and data centers apply.
Strong written and verbal communication. You know how to quickly build a rapport with clients/prospects whether it be through email or phone.
Familiarity, skills, and experience with Linkedin Navigator, social networking, and social media.
