We seek two smart and passionate professionals to join our Data Integrity and Support (DIS) team. As a member of the DIS, you will liaise with our clients and provide dedicated support to them in the areas of data collection, management and reporting for energy / utility use across their real estate portfolios. A steep learning curve is anticipated with lots of education & support offered to build breadth of knowledge of utilities, energy and sustainability factors, and principles of data management. Initial contribution areas of the role include:
Support with ongoing maintenance of client and account info across energy management and utility tracking / accounting systems
Liaise and work with utility providers to maintain accurate client billing and consumption data across their properties
File management responsibilities including downloading data and scanning documents.
Use data processing tools and proprietary systems to maintain integrity of incoming client utility data.
Request and load data from multiple sources into our system; manage data flow and address issues.
Offer trusted support to a range of professional clients with an array of data management and quality, and ad hoc reporting needs.

A post-secondary education (degree or diploma) is required. We are open to candidates from various programs of study provided they demonstrate a keen interest to work with clients and are good with numbers. Not to mention, do meaningful work and build a long-term career in the energy management & conservation sector.
It is essential you have an eye for detail, are organized, and can adapt well to shifting priorities and schedules.
Strong computer skills are required, particularly with Microsoft Excel. Experience with SQL is an asset, but by no means a requirement.
It’s expected that you can communicate professionally, clearly and efficiently; both verbally and in writing via email.
