Paradigm has an opportunity for a Project Manager to employ their knowledge, skills and techniques to execute change initiatives effectively and efficiently.

The following are mandatory requirements:
A minimum 10 years’ demonstrated experience in primarily IT related (or with a significant IT component) projects
Experience leading project teams with budgets greater than $1M, preferably over $5M
Project management certifications: PMP® designation and\or Prince2® certifications
Formal University Degree from an educational facility specializing in business or IT
Strong communication and organizational skills

The following are considered very strong assets:
Post educational certifications in ITIL®, Prosci®, CMC
Experience at Insurance, Investment and Public Sector organizations
Experience in vendor management and coordinating activities across multiple resource groups and types
Experience delivering custom application development or off the shelf application projects
Agile project management as well as Waterfall methodologies

The following are also considered strong assets:
Post educational credentials such as an MBA of ISP, ITCP, CBAP® certifications
Historical experience as an analyst (business, systems, quality assurance or technical) or change management specialist
