, IT – Store Delivery :
This role will be responsible for helping to "Keep the Lights On" in the stores by ensuring all systems are operating as designed

  • Assisting with proactive monitoring and providing resolution and root cause analysis for issues logged in our ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • You will play a key role in ensuring that the stores are able to serve our customers and provide their colleague tasks with minimal to no disruption
  • You will work directly with the store delivery team on projects during pilot phases and rollout assisting in monitoring and obtaining feedback from stores.
  • Successful candidate will be working collaboratively with our Q/A team to help validate test cases with our projects such as Self-Checkout, POS and Back Office applications.
Basic Windows knowledge (preferably Win7 or Win10) is required. Knowledge or experience in the following areas would be an asset: ticket tracking experience, basic SQL, Python, UNIX/LINUX, POS, Scripting experience or Remote Connectivity tools.
