Job Description:

We are looking for Shop Foremanwho will be responsible for supervision of day to day operations of service shop from Friday until Monday (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon).


  • Supervise day to day operations of the service shop, manage the staff, assignment of work, and quality of job completion
  • Manage a team of technicians, apprentices in all aspects of productivity including quoting, diagnostics and invoicing
  • Schedule work in accordance with availability of employees, labor laws and monitor the attendance of staff
  • Oversee and ensure that all safety rules are being followed at all sites, at all times
  • Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities and individual projects to the mechanics
  • Recruit, hire, mentor, manage and train new employees
  • Emphasis on the safe use of tools, machinery and equipment including training on safety gear and procedures
  • Project management: including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising of projects


  • 310T license
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Lead Hand or Foreman position
  • Experience with computerized work orders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web based software
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Rotating shifts and weekends will be required
