Job Overview

As an Inside Partner Success Manager (Based out of Ottawa Head Office), you will be responsible for remotely building and managing our merchant partner networks around Canada and the United States. You will target and remotely on-board merchants to the GoFor marketplace and once a relationship is secured, you will nurture the partnership with on-going training, promotion and merchandising efforts.

Your primary target partner is retail and wholesale (trade) business in construction industry who can benefit from more reliable and cost effective movement of materials to and from the job site. The role is compensated through a base salary as well as a KPI-based bonus paid quarterly.

What you will do?

Enter all sales data into our CRM and keep it up to date on a daily basis.
Identifying new merchant opportunities with guidance and assistance from our marketing team
Setting meetings with suppliers and distributors of building materials.
Setting meetings with construction companies, home builders, renovators
Registering new customers on the GoFor online marketplace.
Give presentations, conduct demos and remotely perform most of the functions traditionally handled by reps in the field.
Remotely train and manage all new partners to get them using the GoFor delivery service as well as increasing that frequency of use.

Qualifications:
Have 3 years relevant sales experience
Experience working with a CRM
Live by the 10x philosophy and apply it to building your designated region business.
Be professional and represent GoFor in the best possible manner at all times.
Having a knowledge within the construction and/or logistics industry is an asset

Skills & Abilities:
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience, Outlook).
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional skill-sets and personality types.
Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Ability to be detail oriented and multitasking.
Ability to work in high-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Salary plus KPI based commission
