Job Description & Summary
A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.
Our team provides document production assistance based on PwC’s template requirements. As part of the team, you’ll be helping with template selection, formatting and incorporation of customised changes based on client need.

Proofreading of various financial documents and presentation, including client-prepared documents.
May also proofread internal documents such as trai ning guides, tables, financial charts, broc hures, service proposals, etc.
Checks the amounts and performs calculations in financial statements and other documents. Cross-references all numbers in document and all note references.
Identifies grammatical weaknesses, format errors, omissions and inconsistencies in financial statements and other documents.
Works from the DocsOnline application, assigning job re quests t o self from the queue while following best practices.
Makes suggestions for accounting terminology, general language (syntax, vocabulary) and presentation, ensuring PwC formats and brand are properly applied and ensuring Pw C preferences for spelling are applied throughout.
Query practice staff regarding any questions that arise, review su gg ested changes.
Check document processors' work to ensu re all editing change s have been made correctly, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all documents.
Upload mar ked documents in the relevant request.
Working closely with staff to clarify expectations, updating on the progress of the work, and focusing on quality and timely delivery of the work.
Ensu ring final documents are ready to be presented to clients – no errors, all questions answered.
Understanding policies and procedures; adhering to firm standards, templates and protocol.
Communicate policy changes and new information to manager and team leads for distribution to the group.
Maintaining technical skills required and adapting to changes in technology.
Go-to person for format and brand related to financial documents or others and for grammar and punctuation for all level s of staff. Answers linguistic questions from staff and does any required research.
Standardizing terminology used in the documents and may recommend changes to improve formats.
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
Advanced and very st rong knowledge of French is very impo rtant - post-seconda ry education in French.
The ability to work well both independently and in a team environment by creating a positive working atmosphere and supporting each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance.
Meticulous, orderly and has a very sharp sense of observation.
Able to concentrate in an open and busy environment.
M S Offi ce (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs , Sharepoint exposure is an asset.
Confidence in abili ty to work in a highly technical and ever changing wor k environment. Stays current with manda tory PwC training, maintaining technical skills relevant to the role.
Effective listening skills; excellent oral and written communication skills.
Detail oriented, ability to work under pressure in a busy and fast-paced document production environment.
Adaptable and able to work within tight deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and prioritizing multiple tasks.

This role is suited to an individual with a very strong comman d of French a nd who possesses a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar environment, preferably in a professional services environment, supporting a fast-paced team.
Master in language (French )
